STUDY
ABROAD
An
overseas education not only educates the mind, it opens it -
to a world filled with adventure and opportunity.
GUY
HEALY, JAPAN was founded as an agency to assist Japanese students
wishing to study overseas. Over the past 16 years we have helped
place more than a thousand students in college and high school
programs in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia
and New Zealand. This includes students participating in short-term
study tours (visit Study Abroad-Tours) as well as those enrolling
in English institute courses, Associate Arts, Bachelor and Post-Graduate
degree programs.
4 + 1
ffersGHJ and The University of Wisconsin-River Falls have teamed up to present a unique new program for graduates of 4-year Japanese universities. In this program, students spend an intensive year at UWRF extending and deepening their knowledge of their discipline. At the end of the year, students have earned another full 4-year degree from UWRF. For more information about this exciting program, contact us. Or just go to the 4+1 Web site! English and Japanese versions here.
STUDENT
ADVISING
GHJ offers free advising to help students
pick the overseas school best suited to their needs and interests.
We will help you focus on the criteria most important to you (cost,
location, number of Japanese students, degree programs, etc.)
and recommend a list of schools best suited to you.
Students in Kyushu may wish to visit one of our offices for free
counseling or anyone may ask for an advising questionnaire, which
we will use to recommend schools suited to your needs.
ADMISSIONS
ASSISTANCE
After receiving our free advising students may
wish to take care of their own admissions application. However,
if you would like us to assist you with the admissions process
we are happy to do so for a nominal fee. We will help you through
the entire admissions process including visa applications, travel
arrangements and international insurance.
GHJ
NETWORK OF RECOMMENDED SCHOOLS
We have worked closely with many fine schools overseas including
English Institutes, High Schools, Junior Colleges, and both private
and state Universities. We are currently working to expand that
network and soon will be presenting a new Japanese language web
site "50 Great Places for Japanese to Study - And Why?"
(Schools, who feel their program would be suitable for this site,
may Contact Us for
more information)
